Our village lacks computer knowledge and digital skills. In today's world, digital skills are very important for the young generation. Without computer education, it is hard to find good jobs or work online as freelancers.
The first step to improve this is to set up a Computer Lab in the village. Here, both boys and girls can learn basic and professional computer skills. Male and female students will visit at separate times to ensure comfort and ease.
Once they learn these skills, they can apply for free government courses like freelancing, digital marketing, graphic designing, web development, and many others. After completing these, they can:
Work as freelancers online from home.
Apply for jobs in companies which need these skills.
Open their own small businesses or services.
The Computer Lab will also help students of Virtual University (VU) and other online universities. They can come to the lab to:
Attend online lectures
Do assignments
Conduct research
Give online exams if needed
